摘要: Abstract One of transcription factors the T-box family, Brachyury has been implicated in tumorigenesis many types cancers, regulating cancer cell proliferation, metastasis, invasion and epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition (EMT). However, role breast cells scarcely reported. The present study aimed to investigate expression cancer. was analyzed by qRT-PCR Western blot. correlations between clinicopathological were determined. Involvement EMT stimulation hypoxia-inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α) induction also evaluated. Moreover, effect on tumor growth metastasis in vivo examined a xenograft model. enhanced primary tissues correlated with stage lymph node metastasis. Hypoxia expression, silencing which blocked modulation hypoxia E-cadherin vimentin expression. significantly augmented HIF-1alpha via PTEN/Akt signaling as well accelerated proliferation migration in vitro. Additionally, increased lung nude mice. In summary, our data confirmed that might contribute hypoxia-induced trigger signaling.
