摘要: Abstract A standardized, direct XC plaque assay was used to determine the titration hitness patterns of Fv-1 host range murine retroviruses obtained from various laboratories. The N- or B-tropic viruses were tested on a variety cells with nn , bb nb genotypes, and, one exception, discrete two-hit pattern restrictive genotype (i.e., N-tropic virus BALB/c, SIM·R, and B6C3F 1 cells, SME, SIM, cells). single exception effect strain (TOR-B) which is poorly infectious for all does not show clear B-tropism.
