摘要: We have identified and characterized an alternative RFC complex RFC(Ctf18p, Ctf8p, Dcc1p) that is required for sister chromatid cohesion faithful chromosome transmission. Ctf18p, Dcc1p interact physically in a with Rfc2p, Rfc3p, Rfc4p, Rfc5p but not Rfc1p or Rad24p. Deletion of CTF18, CTF8, DCC1 singly combination (ctf18Deltactf8Deltadcc1Delta) leads to sensitivity microtubule depolymerizing drugs severe defect. Furthermore, temperature-sensitive mutations RFC4 result precocious separation. Our results highlight novel function the proteins support model which established at replication fork via polymerase switching mechanism replication-coupled remodeling chromatin.
