摘要: Quantitative hepatic scintiangiography was previously used for evaluating the relative contribution of arterial and portal venous blood flows to circulation. The present study compares 3 different procedures (automatic manual integration, slope fitting methods) analyzing time activity curves obtained after bolus i.v. injection 370 MBq 99mTc-diethylentriaminopentacetic acid. Twenty five subjects were studied: controls, ten cirrhotics, hypertensive patients submitted side portacaval anastomosis. correspondence between results given by methods satisfactory only in shunted patients, reproducibility computed parameters quite poor all procedures. Accordingly, none can be considered as supporting reliable quantitative pathophysiological evaluations. However, arterial/portal flow ratio found increased liver cirrhosis therefore, spite limitations underlined before absence data on consecutive injections, may some clinical utility.
