摘要: As remote and offshore wind turbines increase their contribution to renewable energy generation, effective reliable condition monitoring techniques will be required reduce failure downtime. This paper examines the possibilities for analysing electrical signals from stator of wound rotor induction generators, commonly used in turbines. Previous work derived analytical expressions frequency content line current total instantaneous power healthy faulty generators under steady state conditions. builds upon those results examine fault detection transient, variable speed conditions, such as encountered a turbine. Through comparison between time-stepped model physical test rig it is concluded that tracking dependent frequencies possible could an way monitor health turbine generator.
