摘要: With the prevalence of obesity increasing dramatically worldwide over past several decades, an body literature has examined impact in context rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Epidemiologic studies suggest that may be associated with a modestly increased risk for development RA, although these have shown conflicting results. Among patients established been observed to greater subjective measures disease activity and poor treatment response, but also decreased joint damage lower mortality. A comprehensive evaluation influence on measurement disease, response therapies, long-term prognosis is critical order understand observations. This review therefore focuses recent observations, potential explanations findings, implications clinicians investigators caring studying RA.
