摘要: Objective Findings about inflammatory processes in schizophrenia are increasing day by day. Inflammatory associated with both its etiology and clinical symptoms. Serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hsCRP) is also one of these processes. Particularly, it thought to be closely related findings patients schizophrenia. Methods In this study, the relationship between hsCRP levels drug-naIve first-episode psychosis (FEP) acute exacerbation phase investigated. Clinical findings, psychometric properties (the Scale for Assessment Positive Symptoms, Negative Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale), were compared. Results Forty-eight FEP, 74 54 healthy controlled volunteers included study. The most substantial finding study that there a positive correlation severity symptoms patient groups, FEP second no significant difference schizophrenia, terms hsCRP. Conclusion symptom two groups supports hypothesis etiopathogenesis This supportive close relation
