摘要: Summary: The objective of the present study was to evaluate effects pre-freezing sperm concentration (200, 400 or 800x10 6 spermatozoa/ml) using two commercial extenders (Bioexcell ® and Andromed ) on post-thaw survival acrosomal status ram spermatozoa. Semen samples were obtained from 5 mature Karayaka rams (aged 2-3 yr) a total 30 ejaculates col-lected each male twice week for 3 weeks with aid an artificial vagina, during non-breeding season (February, win-ter). extended in Bioexcell diluents, loaded into 0.25 ml straws equilibrated at 4 o C 2 h. Straws frozen vapour liquid nitrogen then stored -196 C. After thawing (at 37 sec), motility, membrane integrity assessed. Pre-freezing influenced (P<0.001) frezability spermatozoa affected all vitro parameters 400x10 spermatozoa/ml negatively regardless extender. Decreas-ing 200x10
