摘要: Abstract Various factors affect the success of AI with frozen-thawed semen in horses. Stallion variability is thought to be one major factors, but processing and evaluation techniques, thawing protocols, packaging systems timing insemination are far from standardized among laboratories. Our objective was survey current methods for stallion cryopreservation used commercially around world. From answers questions survey, we attempted provide an overview procedures that standard as well those by only few laboratories review critically efficacy these procedures.
