摘要: Objectives: To observe the expression of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) in hypothalamic and adipose tissue mice with monosodium glutamate (MSG)-induced obesity.Methods: The effects lesions, specifically arcuate nucleus (ARC) induced by MSG injection were studied male ICR at neonatal stage. following parameters compared: body weight, length, Lee's index, food intake, temperature, fat levels total cholesterol (CHOL), triglyceride (TG), low-density lipoprotein (LDL), high-density (HDL), blood glucose (GLU).
