Growth of MgO thin films with subsequent fabrication of ZnO rods: Structural and photoluminescence properties

摘要: Abstract We have grown magnesium oxide (MgO) films by the simple evaporation of MgB 2 powders. The subsequent deposition ZnO using an atomic layer (ALD) technique generated rods on MgO films, realizing first production rod-like structures ALD. employed X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, transmission microscopy and photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy to characterize samples. PL exhibited two emission bands peaked in blue blue-green region, respectively. changed shape spectrum.
