摘要: This work was performed to investigate the possibilities of providing rapid indications on physiological quality seeds through potassium leaching test. Four lots soybean (Glycine max (L.) Merrill) seeds, cultivars IAC-8 and IAC-15 were submitted germination, first count, accelerated aging, electrical conductivity seed moisture tests. In addition, studies conducted with samples selected non damaged pure seeds. The amount leached evaluated in a flame photometer after 60, 90, 120 150 minute imbibition at 30°C. evaluations 90 minutes suitable for identification different levels vigour, thus proving be simple method vigour evaluation.
