摘要: Cardiovascular disease (CVD) is the single most important cause of death worldwide; in 2010, it resulted 16 million deaths and loss 293 disability-adjusted life years (DALYs) (Lozano others 2012; Murray 2012). CVD involves conditions that affect vasculature supplies heart, brain, other vital organs (Roth 2015). Of all causes CVD, ischemic heart (IHD) remains major contributor to mortality morbidity. IHD results from delivery insufficient oxygen meet demands largely manifests as angina, acute myocardial infarction, failure.Over past two decades, although age-standardized has decreased regions, global burden increased by 29 percent DALYs, part because a larger aging population overall growth Moran, Forouzanfar, 2014a; projected be 2030, along with unipolar depressive disorders human immunodeficiency virus/acquired immune deficiency syndrome (HIV/AIDS) (Mathers Loncar 2006).This chapter reviews IHD, focus on low- middle-income countries (LMICs).
