We develop techniques monitor network structure and quality Signal Processing (SP) articles Wikipedia. Using metrics quantify importance articles, we generate list SP arranged in order their need for improvement. The tools use include HITS PageRank algorithms structure, crowdsourcing quantifying article known heuristics
