摘要: Abstract A rib chalcogenide glass waveguide with simultaneous dispersion engineering for both fundamental quasi-TE mode and quasi-TM is numerically demonstrated. Dispersions of approximately ±100 ps/nm/km over a 4200-nm bandwidth the ±120 ps/nm/km 2350-nm are observed. Dispersion design polarizations can be independently realized by tuning structural parameters. Moreover, this support broadband FWM processes have potential applications from near-infrared to middle-infrared region based on polarization effect.
