摘要: A new intercalation compound of insect pheromone, valeric acid (VA), based on zinc layered hydroxide (ZLH) as host release material, was successfully prepared through coprecipitation method. The as-produced organic-inorganic nanolayered valerate nanohybrid, VAN, shows the formation a peak at lower 2θ angle with basal spacing 19.8 A no ZnO reflections, which indicate that anion between inorganic ZLH interlamellae accomplished. elemental, FTIR, and ATR analyses nanohybrid supported fact percentage loading calculated to be 23.0% (w/w). thermal stability property resulting enhanced compared unbound anion. Field emission scanning electron micrograph has nonuniform granular structure but transforms into flake-like various sizes after process. Release kinetics from interlayer intercalated exhibited slow behavior governed by pseudo-second-order kinetic model different pHs aqueous media. released VAN highest rate pH 4. These findings provide basis further development controlled formulation for pheromone intercalation.
