摘要: Human corneas and irides obtained from corneal surgery or sector iridectomies were processed according to the indirect immunofluorescence technique for demonstration of substance P (SP) by means a monoclonal SP antibody. was observed in varicose fibers epithelium nerve trunks stroma. SP-immunoreactive iris detected mainly pupillary margin both dilator sphincter areas.
