摘要: We propose robust hyperlinks as a solution to the problem of broken hyperlinks. A hyperlink is URL augmented with small "signature", computed from referenced document. The signature can be submitted query web search engines locate It turns out that very signatures are sufficient readily individual documents many millions on web. Robust exhibit number desirable qualities: They and exploited automatically, cheap compute (so it practical make all robust), do not require new server or infrastructure support, rolled reasonably well in existing syntax, used automatically retrofit links them robust, easy understand. In particular, one start using now, servers pages mostly compatible is, while clients increase their support future. example bootstrap features onto itself.
