摘要: Abstract Electrodialysis (ED) is a membrane technique that useful in the demineralization of dairy products. In this work, experimental results obtained batch electrodialysis skimmed milk are presented. Two kinds membranes were used: first kind conventional PVC and second monovalent ion selective which now available on market. This latter type permits transport ions but limits passage large have high valency. The limiting current was measured as function feed flow into stack. when using both types compared for elimination rate K + , Na Cl −1 Ca 2+ Mg PO 4 3− well efficiency electric power consumption separation process.
