摘要: Natural organic matter is an important component of the aquatic environments, which has attracted wide attention to its influence interaction with other pollutants. The present work aimed investigate fluorescence quenching (FQ) by coated metallic silver particles (AgNPs). In this work, using spectroscopy in conjunction UV-Vis and dynamic light scattering, effect AgNPs on intensity (FQI) humic acid (HA) was assessed. addition, electrolytes (NaCl, NaNO3 CaNO3) FQI observed. Results showed that dosage increased (>1.17X10−3 mM), quantum yield HA gradually decreased, implies FQ occurred. Furher observation process followed both first-order second-order Stern–Volmer functions. affected electrolytes: NaCl had reduction FQI, possibly resulting from dissolution AgNPs; Both Ca(NO3)2 but presented greater degree. As a result, degree alone electrolyte listed descent order as > NaCl, also subsequent experimental results, indicating mutual + NaCl.
