摘要: Successive measurements of cardiac myosin light chain I (MLC), creatine kinase isoenzyme MB (CKMB), and the titer antimyosin antibody (AMA) were performed prospectively in 19 patients following open heart surgery. Seven these showed postpericardiotomy syndrome (PPS). No differences serum concentrations MLC or CKMB observed between with without PPS, all both groups had abnormal values after However, only PPS significantly elevated AMA titers. The maximum was correlated severity effusion. These data suggest that is unrelated to myocardial injury during operation. Furthermore, may be useful as one indicators for determining patient's clinical condition.
