摘要: Considerable interest exists in using endovascular techniques for assessing the renal circulation. The vasomotor response of circulation patients with hypertension and severe atherosclerotic artery stenosis was evaluated. Sixteen (5 men 11 women) a mean age 73.2 ± 7.1 years (range, 59–82 years) underwent noninvasive duplex ultrasonography flow wire evaluation. positioned main distal to used examine reactivity intra-arterial papaverine before after percutaneous revascularization. Resistive index computed as (MPV − EDV)/MPV, where MPV is maximum peak velocity EDV end-diastolic velocity. Renal reserve defined ratio hyperemic baseline flow. Intervention technically successful 18/18 arteries. Heart rate (69 vs. 65 10 beats/min; P = NS) systolic blood pressure (168 19 163 24 mm Hg; remained constant following injection intrarenal papaverine, while diastolic decreased (77 13 < 0.006). Papaverine resulted significant increases average (APV; 148% baseline; 0.0003), (146% 0.001), (161% 0.0026), but had no effect on resistive (0.81 0.12 0.84 0.08; NS). stenting produced APV or EDV, small increase (123% 0.05). In contrast, (0.77 012 0.003), pulsatility (1.84 0.61 2.23 0.70; 0.014), (1.49 0.44 1.86 0.73; 0.0071). A correlation found between measures diastolic/systolic (r 0.0009) 0.63; 0.0053). Patients have preserved well marked stenting. Endovascular measurements are safe, easy perform, correlate Doppler measurements. © 2006 Wiley-Liss, Inc.
