摘要: The problem of compliance with safety and/or treatment programs is enormous. purpose this paper to provide a foundation for development more global view compliance. A literature review on the influence motivation, attitude formation, and health beliefs their impact behaviors provided. Traditionally, means that patient does what professional wants. What needed internalize program. We must sell patient! Compliance depends person's behavior-change skills supports or barriers encountered in behavior change attempts. Knowing concept condition his power over it, known as locus control, critical. Successful therapists help patients decide follow sales people know product, learn prospect's dominant buying motive, combine facts benefits, present arguments fit belief system norms.
