摘要: The expression of myosin isoforms and their subunit composition in the white skeletal body musculature Arctic charr (Salvelinus alpinus) different ages (from 77-day embryos until about 5 years old) was studied at protein level by means electrophoretic techniques. Myosin from muscle displayed three types light chain during all developmental stages examined: two chains type 1 (LClF) differing both apparent molecular mass PI, one 2 (LC2F) 3 (LC3F). fastest-migrating form LClF seemed to be predominant embryonic eleutheroembryonic periods. slowest-migrating LC1 F 5-year-old fish.
