摘要: Methods of pharmaceutical treatment comprising orally administering to a human subject having Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis therapeutic composition once per day in the evening at bedtime, wherein comprises about 3 mg 4.5 naltrexone, nalmefene, naloxone, hydrochloride salt thereof, an immediate release solid dosage formulation, are disclosed.
