摘要: Abstract For the molecular spintronics transport systems, we propose that spin current rectifier can be constructed using nonmagnetic lead. The proposal is confirmed according to first-principles study of characteristics a vacuum separating ( 15 , 0 ) carbon nanotube bundle where only one zigzag edge hydrogenated. strong rectification effect for (charge) obtained in case magnetic parallel (anti-parallel) configuration two edges. Our investigations indicate such device used as filter and counterpart p – n junction field electronics.
