摘要: Bi2NiTiO6 compound which shows both magnetic (T-M = 58 K) and ferroelectric properties (T-C 513 was synthesized under high pressure of 5 GPa temperature 1273 K. The crystal structure, as determined by X-ray powder diffraction neutron diffraction, is a distorted A(B1B2)O-3 type perovskite with space group Pn2(1)a. Structural evolution multiferroic that there are two isostructural phase transitions at similar to 2 15 room indicates occurred higher than 823 K ambient condition. All the come from Bi ion discontinuous shift, identifies transition same. Using modified high-T Birch-Murnaghan equation state thermal-pressure approach, we have derived thermoelastic parameters Bi2NiTiO6, including bulk modulus K-0, derivative constant pressure, volumetric thermal expansivity, expansion, volume.
