摘要: A new strategy to producing three-dimensional (3D) ordered polymer nanocomposites is proposed that employs a core−shell latex morphology. We synthesized particles in which core-forming had glass transition temperature significantly higher than of shell-forming polymer. Particles were assembled 3D close-packed structure and annealed such way cores remained intact while shells deformed flew. As result, continuous matrix was formed contained an organized array monodisperse “core” particles. possibility control the functionality beads demonstrated by labeling with fluorescent dye. discuss conditions ordered, void-free nanocomposite can be obtained.
