摘要: The Global Operative Assessment of Laparoscopic Skills (GOALS) is a valid and reliable measure basic, non-procedure-specific laparoscopic skills. GOALS-incisional hernia (GOALS-IH) was developed to evaluate performance incisional repair (LIHR). purpose this study assess the validity reliability GOALS-IH during LIHR simulation. assesses 7 domains with maximum score 35. A total 12 experienced surgeons 10 novices performed on Surgical Abdominal Wall simulator. Performance assessed by trained observer self-assessment using GOALS-IH, basic GOALS visual analog scale (VAS) for overall competence. Both interrater internal consistency were high (.76 .95 respectively). Experienced had higher mean scores than (32.3 ± 2 versus 22.7 5). There excellent correlation between other measures (GOALS r = .93 VAS .93). easy use, assessment simulated LIHR.
