Under pressure! Team innovative climate and individual attitudes in shaping individual improvisation

摘要: Abstract By embracing a perspective grounded in the Theory of Reasoned Action, this paper investigates mechanisms through which team climate affects individual improvisation. relying on data from 134 individuals belonging to 25 artistic collectives, our shows that innovative impacts improvisation by triggering proactive attitude and risk aversion attitude. Because research spans across different levels analysis, we developed multilevel model for analyzing hypotheses. Our study complements results previous asserting is not an inherently phenomenon; rather, also affected characteristics are embedded.
