Multidrug resistance-associated protein (MRP1) gene is strongly expressed in gastric carcinomas. Analysis by immunohistochemistry and real-time quantitative RT-PCR.

摘要: Aims : To assess MRP1 protein and mRNA levels in gastric carcinomas non-neoplastic mucosa remote from the tumours. gene expression may play a role complex pattern of chemoresistance present carcinomas. Methods results : A total 57 respective tissues were included for immunohistochemical assessment with anti-MRP1 monoclonal antibodies MRPr1 QCRL-1. Of these, 35 tumour also assessed by real-time quantitative reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction. Medium or high was detected 89% 77% 96% 93% MRPr1and QCRL-1, respectively. No difference between patients. A significant correlation found level related to mucosa, although they non-concordant 29% patients. Conclusions : MRP1 is usually expressed most does not differ substantially that observed tumour. However, decrease some carcinomas. For accurate changes normal both detection are necessary.
