摘要: Anelastic loss mechanisms associated with phase transitions in SrZr1 − xTixO3 perovskites (x = 0.375, 0.450, 0.550, 0.775) have been investigated by dynamic mechanical analysis between 128 and 723 K at frequencies of 0.1–50 Hz. Distinctive patterns changes the elastic moduli due to octahedral tilting correlate closely data for shear modulus obtained previously resonant ultrasound spectroscopy high (~0.5 MHz). The transition is first order has a characteristic minimum Young's modulus. For x 0.450 and dissipation peak occurs temperature, maximum which varies frequency according power law relationship form tanδ Afn, n≈ 0.3. Debye-like peaks stability field Imma structure 0.375 temperature dependence consistent twin wall pinning defects an activation energy ~ 184 kJ mol 1. These results indicate that there diversity relaxation processes transformation walls interfaces different I4/mcm, Pnma structures.
