摘要: Millettiae speciosae Champ. Leguminosae (MSC), is a well-known Chinese herb traditionally used as food material and medicine for enhancing physical strength. Our preliminary study found that the aqueous extract of this (MSE) had an anti-fatigue effect. In paper, we further separated MSE into total polysaccharides (MSP) supernatant (MSS) by alcohol precipitation, explored which fraction was active its Mice were orally administered with MSP or MSS at doses 200, 400, 800 mg/kg 20 days effect assessed exhaustive swimming exercise (ESE). The biochemical parameters related to fatigue after ESE in vitro antioxidant activity determined. results showed MSP, instead MSS, significantly extended time exhaustion (p < 0.05), indicating responsible MSE. addition, treatment increased levels glucose (Glu) muscle glycogen, whereas it decreased accumulations blood urea nitrogen (BUN) lactic acid (Lac). Moreover, creatine phosphokinase (CK), dehydrogenase (LDH), malondialdehyde (MDA) but reduced superoxide dismutase (SOD) glutathione (GSH) plasma. contrast, inhibited all above changes relating fatigue. Furthermore, test revealed dose-dependently scavenged ·OH DPPH free radicals. Taken together, these findings strongly suggested able alleviate increasing energy resources decreasing accumulation detrimental metabolites. may crucially contribute observed MSP.
