摘要: There is a growing interest in obtaining high quality monolayer transition metal disulfides (TMDSs) for optoelectronic device applications. Surface chemical treatments using range of chemicals on TMDSs have proven effective to improve their photoluminescence (PL) yield. However, the underlying mechanism PL enhancement by these not clear, which prevents rational design passivation strategies. In this work, simple and approach significantly enhance demonstrated family cation donors, we show be much more than commonly used p-dopants achieve through electron transfer.
