摘要: Abstract In recent years, the popularity of hydrophilic interaction chromatography (HILIC) in analysis small polar and ionizable molecules increased substantially. A large number new stationary phases with sub-2-µm superficially porous particles were developed used various applications, including pharmaceuticals, metabolites, biomarkers, amino acids peptides. Applications HILIC ultra-high performance liquid (UHPLC) mode constitute only about 10% all current applications. This review presents an overview UHPLC mode, importance final sample diluent, a discussion on available approaches to detection, comparison other chromatographic modes.
