摘要: Abstract Microiontophoretic and systemic injections were used to investigate the mechanism of baclofen's powerful depressant action on transmission at primary afferent synapses in cat. Iontophoretic applications depressed spontaneous evoked activity cuneate cells reduced excitability input resistance spinal motoneurones. These effects, which quick reverse, resemble those γ-aminobutyrate may be due activation receptors by high concentrations baclofen. Systemic doses baclofen (0.1–5 mg/kg i.V.), are known give only a very low tissue concentration ( observations most simply explained if blocks presynaptic action, leads depression transmitter release; this would keeping with evidence that, cortical slices, selectively inhibits release excitatory amino acids.
