摘要: Despite active and extensive research on human murine NK cells in the last few years a number of basic questions remain to be answered. These include nature antigen(s) target which react, receptors allowing recognition, mechanism cell cytotoxicity, exact relationship between activities vivo vitro, genetic control cells, involvement field bone marrow transplantation, finally their immunosurveillance malignancies. Although etiology biologic significance obscure, there is suggestive evidence that these may volved resistance malignancies, since experimental for correlation vitro activities. The fact athymic mice do not have higher incidence malignancies than conventional express delayed appearance virally chemically induced tumors (Stutman, 1975) consistent with protective role effector mechanism. In addition, spontaneous occurrence without any necessity priming ability recognize kill malignant makes almost perfect candidates part immunosurveillors. similarity also seems unlikely fortuitous. summary, this interesting requires further attention.
