摘要: Resumen Introduccion y objetivos La tasa de deteccion polipos (PDR por sus siglas en ingles) se define como el porcentaje colonoscopias con uno o mas detectados. Se ha demostrado que esta altamente correlacionado la adenomas. Este estudio tuvo objetivo evaluacion PDR Unidad Endoscopia Kasr Al-Ainy, Facultad Medicina Universidad El Cairo, Egipto, a traves las tecnicas i-SCAN, Endocuff colonoscopica subacuatica. Materiales metodos realizo 100 candidatos egipcios mayores 50 anos para quienes midio 4 colonoscopicas diferentes. Los pacientes fueron distribuidos numeros iguales grupos: Endocuff, tecnica subacuatica grupo control, examinados medio colonoscopio luz blanca estandar. incluyo tipo agente utilizado preparacion, grado preparacion intestinal tambien tiempo retirada. Resultados general fue del 48%. i-SCAN presento nivel alto (56%), seguido (52%) luego (48%). Conclusion Las exploracion mostraron una alta, aunque estadisticamente insignificante, respecto
