摘要: Mesenchymal stromal cells (MSC) are multipotent that can be derived from many different organs and tissues. They have been demonstrated to play a role in tissue repair regeneration both preclinical clinical studies. also remarkable immunosuppressive properties. We describe their application settings include the cardiovascular, central nervous, gastrointestinal, renal, orthopaedic haematopoietic systems. Manufacturing of MSC for trials is discussed. Since matching between donor recipient does not appear required, may first cell type able used as an “off-the-shelf” therapeutic product.
