[Can 99mTc-mercaptoacetyltriglycine (99mTc-MAG3) evaluate the renal function without blood sampling?: consensus report from multicenter study].

摘要: A multicenter study was undertaken in Japan to evaluate the correlation between percentage of renal uptake 99mTc-mercaptoacetyltriglycine (99mTc-MAG3) estimated by count-based gamma camera method and blood clearance 99mTc-MAG3. Twenty four centers were enrolled 172 cases finally analyzed this study. The 99mTc-MAG3 (TER) obtained using a single sample taken at 44 min after injection. Comparison TER provided coefficient 0.874; suggesting that sufficiently accurate quantification function could be from estimate method. This also showed comparison might feasible among patients under same protocols, although precise careful consideration is required each center.
