摘要: Six new diterpenoids were isolated from a CH(2)Cl(2)-MeOH extract of the bark Suregada multiflora. The structures established on basis one- and two-dimensional NMR other spectroscopic studies chemical derivatizations. Two compounds, suregadolides C (1) D (2), identified as diterpene lactones two antipodal series, containing cyclopropane ring bridging C-3 C-4 basic abietane skeleton. Suremulide A (3) was found to be abietene lactone. Bannaringaolide (4), lactone, based novel carbon skeleton with seven-membered ring, possibly formed by rearrangement exocyclic C-17 in an ent-pimarane framework, has also been isolated. kaurane triol, suremulol (5), diol, B (6), metabolites.
