摘要: A model based on the impulse response method is presented for calculation of thermal fatigue damage when a flat plate subjected to striping. For case where one face contains defect and exposed random temperature time history, maximum crack tip stress intensity factors are calculated growth times estimated. Comparisons made with alternative methods used analyse suffered by typical component in above core structure Fast Breeder Reactor.
