摘要: Purpose The implementation of quality in health services should go beyond legal, regulatory and purely technical obligations relation to carrying out insurance practices. The purpose this paper is present a management model that intends equip private care companies favor development from the use for forming competitive strategy supplementary sector companies. Design/methodology/approach In approach proposed grounded on guiding procedures process formulation, with systemic structure separates analysis involving internal external environment organization verify best applies.
