摘要: Objective(s): Silver nanoparticles show anti-fungal properties, and is widely used in medicine. In this research, the impacts of silver on hepatic functional tests changes liver tissues adult male rats were investigated. Methods: In experimental study, 28 Wistar rats, each weighing approximately 180-220 g divided into 4 groups 7: control group, 1 2 received that synthesized at 75 seconds interval with doses 25 100 mg/kg intraperitoneally for 14 days, respectively. Experimental group 3 300 a dose days. At end experiment period, blood samples obtained from their hearts, serum levels enzymes (AST, ALT, ALP), albumen total protein measured. addition, possible histological was studied after hematoxylin-eosin staining. The results statistically analyzed using ANOVA Duncan test. Results: The findings reported mean aspartate aminotransferase (AST), Protein albumin increased significantly relative to group. Similarly, alanine (ALT) alkaline phosphatase (ALP) (P < 0.05). Also, necrosis tissue observed recipients nanoparticles. Conclusions: The use can boost Increase as well.
