摘要: Ramularia is a species-rich genus in the order Capnodiales (Dothideomycetes, Ascomycota) that includes numerous phytopathogenic taxa, several of which are economically important plant pathogens. In this study, six isolates were recovered from leaf spot symptoms on herbaceous and woody plants Guilan, East West Azarbaijan provinces north northwest Iran. The studied by polyphasic approach involving morphological cultural data, multi-gene phylogeny (ITS, TEF1-α, ACT, HIS, RPB2 GAPDH). grouped three species clades R. eucalypti complex. Of these, mali recorded for first time Asia glennii represents new record mycobiota taleshina Alnus subcordata described as species. phylogenetically related to mali, but they can be differentiated characters well molecular data. Acalypha australis, Ficus carica Platanus sp. reported hosts glennii, Prunus cerasus Vitis vinifera mali.
