摘要: Abstract The objective of the present study was to develop a simplified and low-cost protocol for investigation congenital anomalies chromosomal etiology by fluorescent in situ hybridization (FISH) using probes chromosomes X, 18, 13/21 liver cell touch preparations obtained from autopsies performed at University Hospital Faculty Medicine Ribeirao Preto. Liver were 11 autopsy cases fixed 95% ethanol or methanol:acetic acid (3:1). FISH technique carried out according Pinkel [25] with modifications, 13/21. There no significant difference labeling intensity, quantity nuclei, number signals per nucleus between materials two fixatives. Similar results different times storage up 14 months −20 °C. We concluded that use pretreated acetic represents an efficient, practical, method preparation analysis.
