摘要: Although sensory neurons constitute a critical component for the proper function of nervous system, in vitro differentiation functional from human stem cells has not yet been reported. This study presents (SNs) neural progenitor cell line, hNP1, and their maturation defined, culture system without murine feeder layers. The SNs were characterized by immunocytochemistry was evaluated electrophysiology. Neural crest (NC) precursors, as one cellular derivatives culture, isolated, propagated, tested ability to generate neurons. hSC-derived SNs, well NC precursors provide valuable tools developing systems that model neuron-related circuits designing therapeutic models related diseases.
