摘要: Genome-wide scans of genetic variation can potentially provide detailed information on how modern humans colonized the world but require new methods analysis. We introduce a statistical approach that uses Single Nucleotide Polymorphism (SNP) data to identify sharing chromosomal segments between populations and pattern reconstruct colonization scenario. apply our model SNP for 53 Human Genome Diversity Project described in Conrad et al. (Nature Genetics 38,1251-60, 2006). Our results are consistent with consensus view single “Out-of-Africa” bottleneck serial dilution diversity during global colonization, including prominent East Asian bottleneck. They also suggest novel details including: (1) most northerly population sample (Yakut) has received significant contribution from ancestors European one (Orcadian). (2) Native South Americans have ancestry source closely related North-East Asians (Mongolians Oroquen) is distinct sources native North Americans, implying multiple waves migration into Americas.
