摘要: Purpose To determine whether the preoperative pancreatic apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) can be used to predict development of postoperative anastomotic failure (PAF). Materials and methods We retrospectively examined cases 79 patients who underwent head resection between January 2010 October 2013. The 1.5-T MR imaging including diffusion-weighted before surgery. main duct diameter (MPD), parenchymal thickness (PT), ADC remnant parenchyma were measured.
