Utility of animal models for human embryo culture: nonhuman primates.

摘要: Nonhuman primates are the closest relatives to humans and therefore our most evolutionary close cousins. While marvelous insights gleaned from studying rodents other systems, it is impossible envision how those mechanistic findings can be responsibly translated clinic without appropriate use of nonhuman primates.
